This is what I had yesterday, before receiving your post this morning.
Praise be to THE GOD AND FATHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, PRAISE BE TO GOD, FATHER, SON, HOLY SPIRIT.

My dear brethren,
As i was contemplating upon me, which is my natural inclination when distracted from my God given purpose of worshipping HIM and enjoying HIM forever, as i was again considering my weakness, my unfaithfulness, my Proneness to wander, and being utterly deflated, i turned to THE WORD OF GOD and i started to read in
1 chronicles 16
Check out 16 v1 – “So they brought in the Ark of God and set it in the midst of the tabernacle.”
The Ark is THE ARK OF THE COVENANT, GOD HAS MADE THE COVENANT, HE HAS ALLOWED ME TO ENTER INTO THE COVENANT, HE HAS GIVEN ALL THAT IS NEEDED FOR ME TO CONTINUE IN HIS COVENANT, through THE SHED BLOOD OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.
“THIS IS THE NEW COVENANT IN MY BLOOD.”
Beloved, if we are IN CHRIST we are covenant people, and what GOD HAS SAID, HE WILL DO, and that includes the curses and the blessings.
Immediately as i began to read HIS WORD, my heart was lifted as it was brought to focus again upon THE ONE THING NEEDFUL, it was lifted as my eyes were turned away from me, and towards where they belong, looking unto THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER of my faith, towards JESUS who is all my strength AND SHIELD, my all in all.
Read v8 – v36 of 1 Chronicles 16 – this is what lifted me as again i was brought to see GOD AS HE IS, as i was brought to my knees, and my heart which had been afar off, was brought near to worship.
Acts 3 v19 – “Repent therefore and be converted, so that times of refreshing may come from THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD.”
The refreshing comes only from THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD.
2 Corinthians 4 v6
“For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.”
Surely we read hear of HIS VERY PRESENCE BEING MANIFESTED to us in our hearts. Surely this is what David was experiencing as he wrote what is spoken of in 1 Chronicles 16 v7, and then recorded for us in v8 -v36
Moses said “For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? is it not in that thou goest with us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth.”
Started to read a book called “THE BALM OF GILEAD for the healing of a diseased land.” Written in 1790
Lord our land is diseased, we! YOUR CHURCH in our day are diseased, Lord send your spirit and revive YOUR CHURCH again in our day, that we might again take root downward AND bare fruit upward. 2 Kings 19 v30
“To THE PRAISE OF YOUR GLORIOUS GRACE.”
2 Chronicles 7 v14
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
